1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bierzo Art Studio. By using the site or purchasing our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
We offer miniature commission painting, online classes, private sessions and mentorship programs. The details of each service are described on the relevant page.
3. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, subscription and cancellation terms are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively, and you may not send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with site security, distribute malware, probe the system or perform unauthorised scraping.
5. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the site, copy, photographs of painted miniatures, training videos and related materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, other than a limited licence to use the services you have purchased.
6. Service level
We strive to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or serious or repeated violations of our policies.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's place of residence.
