Warhammer 40K Commission Painting Service

Your Warhammer 40K army, painted to a standard that does justice to every miniature — for players, collectors and wargaming enthusiasts across Spain and Europe.

Whether you collect Space Marines, Imperial Guard or the most intricate Xenos forces, your Warhammer 40K commission deserves to be treated as a unique project. That means a colour scheme agreed on your terms, a finishing tier matched to your goals and a realistic timeline that respects your investment — whether you play competitively or display your collection behind glass.

Your Warhammer 40K commission can cover a clean, coherent gaming army ready for the table, elevated characters that stand out from the rank and file, singular display pieces finished to near-exhibition quality, or competition-standard work — with realistic metallic finishes, glowing light effects and hand-painted iconography — for Golden Demon entries and painting contests. Games Workshop, Forge World, third-party resin kits and custom conversions are all welcome, always painted true to your Chapter, Dynasty or Legion.

Collectors who want a display cabinet to be proud of, tournament players who want to arrive at the table with a distinctive army and professional clients — shops, studios and developers — who need consistently finished miniatures with reliable communication: this service was built around all of you.

Benefits

Why choose our Warhammer 40K commission painting service

A service built for people who care about the detail, value honest deadlines and want a single point of contact from start to finish.

Genuine 40K expertise across every faction

From Adeptus Astartes and Astra Militarum to Chaos Space Marines, Aeldari, Necrons, Tyranids, T'au and beyond — your army is painted with the visual language specific to your force, using official schemes or fully custom palettes that honour every Chapter marking and caste symbol.

Four distinct finishing tiers

From a clean, impressive tabletop standard to competition-level work with realistic metallic finishes and glowing light effects that stand out in a cabinet or on a contest shelf. Each miniature is assigned the exact tier it deserves — you never pay for detail you won't use.

Fixed written quote before a brush is lifted

Your quote arrives in writing with a fixed price, an estimated timeline and clear terms. No mid-project surprises, no hidden extras on the final invoice.

Work-in-progress photos at every key stage

Images shared throughout the project — after priming, base colours, highlights and basing — so you can validate the direction and refine any nuances before the work moves on.

Conversions and custom characters included

Custom builds, magnetisation and themed basing are all part of the service. Your ideas are brought to life without losing the visual cohesion that makes an army read as a single force on the table.

Safe packaging and tracked shipping across Europe

Finished miniatures travel in rigid boxes with purpose-cut technical foam and are dispatched with tracked, insured couriers. Your army arrives intact — ready for the display cabinet or your next game.

One dedicated point of contact throughout

You're a person, not a ticket number. Communication happens by email, WhatsApp or video call as needed, and the same person handles your project from first message to final delivery.

Satisfaction guarantee

Minor touch-ups after delivery are included, and anything that doesn't match what was agreed is corrected at no extra charge within the commission terms.

How your Warhammer 40K army comes together

Everything begins with a conversation. You share the faction, the scope — a full army, a Kill Team, a tournament detachment or a handful of centrepiece characters — along with the colour scheme, basing style, weathering level, any hand-painted iconography you have in mind and conversions you want included. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation.

Once the scope is confirmed, a production schedule and clear payment plan are locked in. Work is organised into logical batches, with a photographic quality check at the end of each one. For larger armies, partial delivery milestones are built in so your units reach the table while the rest of the project continues in the studio.

On completion, every miniature receives a protective varnish coat and, if you'd like, the most representative pieces are photographed in the studio for your personal portfolio. Your army then travels to you in bespoke boxes with tracked and insured couriers — anywhere in Spain and virtually anywhere in Europe.

Frequently asked questions about Warhammer 40K commission painting

How much does it cost to have a Warhammer 40K army painted?

The price depends on the number of miniatures, their size, the complexity of the colour scheme and the finishing tier you choose. Every quote is produced in writing, free of charge and with no obligation.

Do you paint every 40K faction?

Yes — Space Marines of any Chapter, Astra Militarum, Adeptus Mechanicus, Custodes, Chaos, Aeldari, Drukhari, Necrons, Tyranids, T'au, Orks, Genestealer Cults, Imperial Knights and Forge World models.

Do you accept third-party resin and proxy miniatures?

Yes. Third-party resin prints and proxy miniatures are welcome. For official tournaments, any pieces that may not be permitted under the rules will be flagged in advance.

How long does it take to paint a mid-sized army?

A tournament detachment of between 30 and 60 miniatures typically takes six to twelve weeks, depending on the tier and the studio's current schedule.

Do the miniatures need to arrive assembled?

Not necessarily. Miniatures on the sprue, assembled but unprimed, or already primed are all accepted. Assembly and priming can be handled for an additional fee if you prefer.

Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes — throughout Spain and to the vast majority of European countries, with packaging specifically designed for painted miniatures and tracked, insured courier services.

Can I commission a custom colour scheme?

Absolutely. Bespoke colour schemes are designed from scratch or adapted from an existing palette. A test miniature can be painted for your approval before the rest of the army begins.
