Full Army Commission Painting Service

Your entire army painted from start to finish — with a coherent finish, realistic timelines and the kind of visual consistency that only comes from careful planning.

Painting a complete miniature army takes more than time: it takes planning, artistic judgement and consistent quality control to ensure every unit reads as part of the same force. Large-scale projects demand that the challenge be met not simply by painting each miniature well, but by maintaining visual cohesion across rank-and-file troops, elite units, heroes, monsters and vehicles — from the first miniature to the last.

Full army commissions are available for Warhammer 40K, Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy, Kill Team, Warcry, historical wargames and other systems. Miniatures already assembled, on the sprue or primed are all welcome. Every project is structured in batches with payment and delivery milestones, so your army can reach the table in stages while the rest is completed.

Private collectors and professional clients across Spain and Europe receive a written fixed-price quote and a production plan tailored to their calendar and budget.

Benefits

Why commission your full army with us

A process designed specifically for large projects, where consistency and organisation matter just as much as the detail on each individual piece.

Batch planning that keeps quality consistent

The army is divided into logical batches — rank-and-file, elites, heroes, monsters, vehicles — so pace and quality control are maintained throughout the project, not just at the start.

Partial deliveries so you can start playing sooner

Finished units reach you in stages, so your gaming force is on the table while the rest of the project continues.

Guaranteed visual consistency across every miniature

A detailed colour guide, basing style and finishing standard are established at the outset and applied to every single piece. The finished army looks like a unified force, not a collection of loose parts.

Finishing tiers optimised for large armies

For rank and file, a carefully calibrated tabletop or tabletop plus standard delivers an impressive result at a sensible cost per miniature — concentrating the budget where it has the most impact.

Heroes and centrepieces elevated above the rest

Key characters and special units receive display-level finishing without dramatically increasing the overall budget, giving the models that deserve it the spotlight they earn.

Staged payments tied to deliveries

Large commissions are invoiced milestone by milestone, aligned with batch deliveries, so the financial commitment is spread out and both sides have a clear mutual arrangement.

Safe packaging and tracked shipping

Every batch travels in rigid boxes with purpose-cut technical foam designed for painted miniatures, dispatched with tracked and insured courier services.

Matched perfectly for future expansions

Painting references are kept on file so any new units added down the line can be matched precisely to the existing army.

How a full army commission is planned

The first step is a thorough review of your army list or collection — which units are included, the order they'll be painted and the finishing tier for each one. It's common for rank-and-file troops to receive tabletop or tabletop plus treatment while heroes, monsters and vehicles are elevated to display level, concentrating the investment where it generates the greatest visual impact.

From there, a style guide is established: primary and secondary colour palettes, basing type, weathering level, the presence of hand-painted details and any narrative elements the army needs. That guide is documented and serves as the constant reference throughout every batch.

Production is organised into batches of between five and twenty miniatures depending on model size. Each batch passes through a photographic quality check before varnishing, and partial deliveries can be coordinated so your units reach the tournament table or gaming group while the remaining batches are completed. When the last batch is done, you receive the full army along with studio photography of the most impressive pieces.

Frequently asked questions about full army commissions

How many miniatures count as a full army?

There is no fixed number. Armies as small as 20–30 miniatures (Combat Patrol, Spearhead) through to collections of several hundred pieces, vehicles and monsters included, are all handled.

How long does a full army commission take?

A mid-sized army of 60–100 miniatures at tabletop plus typically takes between three and six months. The exact timeline and production calendar are confirmed before work begins.

Can the commission be paid in instalments?

Yes. A milestone payment plan tied to batch deliveries is available for large projects, with an initial deposit when the commission is confirmed.

Do you paint armies for tournament play?

Yes. Timelines and finishing tiers can be adapted to your tournament date, and units you need first can be prioritised.

What if I want to expand the army later?

All colour references from the project are kept on file so new units can be painted to an exact match in future commissions.

Do you paint historical wargame armies and other systems?

Yes. Alongside Warhammer and Age of Sigmar, The Horus Heresy and a range of historical wargame systems are also covered.
