30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital purchases (online classes, private sessions and mentorship programs). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. To request a refund visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or contact us at bierzoartstudio@gmail.com and we'll help you submit the request.
Commission painting
Custom miniature painting commissions are bespoke work. Once painting has started we may retain a portion proportional to the work already performed to cover costs. Before production starts any amount paid is fully refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; periods already paid remain available until they expire.
