- Identification and contact data (name, email) you provide in our forms.
- Message content you send us (inquiries, commission briefings).
- Technical and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected through cookies and server logs.
- Payments are processed by our provider Paddle, which collects billing and payment details directly. We do not store card numbers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests and delivering our services (contract performance).
- Complying with legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- Improving the site and preventing fraud (legitimate interest).
- Sending marketing communications only with your consent.
4. Recipients and processors
We share data with service providers acting on our behalf: cloud hosting and database, email delivery tools, analytics, and our Merchant of Record Paddle.com Market Limited, which handles payments, billing, tax compliance and fraud prevention. We may also share data with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
